Pro-Tech Appliance is family owned and operated, and has proudly served the North San Diego County area since 2002. What once began as a “one-man show” that was solely dependent on work from other companies, now operates with multiple technicians and a dispatcher to meet the growing demands. This growth is thanks to the many happy customers spreading the word that they have found a company that is committed to providing honest and reliable in-home appliance repair service at a fair price.

The company is run by Jason and Shadani Gomez. While Jason is out repairing appliances, Shadani is on the phone, scheduling, and dispatching. It is truly a team effort. A team with technicians that are committed to providing families excellent service that will get their household running smoothly again. Just as the Pro-Tech family has grown over the years, so has the Gomez family. Jason and Shadani have been blessed with three very active boys. So they know exactly how important it is to have a fully functional washer and dryer to tackle the never ending, ever growing stack of laundry, and also know that a cold refrigerator is a must.
